Quinoa for dinner.

Finally the chefs cap is back!

Cottage cheese seasoned with Teriyaki  ginger juice, pepper and pakchoy. Garnished with spring onions and oyster sauce.

Served with quinoa mixed with exotic vegges and glazed with olive oil and balsamic and fresh mint leaves.

Plated with shavings of lettuce on the side.
