Sailing in the Same Boat, day 5

So eight of us, mostly in our early 40’s and the others just getting there, all working hard & eating hard, get lucky with a 4 day sailing trip in a private Yacth: Tatiana. Neither one of us Super Rich nor Famous, got a chance of a lifetime while literally ‘sailing in the same boat‘.

IMG_5039-1.JPGTatiana, was docked at Yalikavak (a small island off Bodrum) all dressed to kill and fully stocked up with cheese , cakes, cookies, coffee, cutlery, chef, crew and much much more.
With this grandeur a welcome, this epitome of luxury was ready to sail south of the Aegean Sea.

IMG_5047-0.JPG Sailing 2 miles away from the cost of Bodrum, the first island we stopped at was Kos, in Greece.
Along the way, our Turkish Chef cooked us an excellent meal.

Fried Mullet Fish served with Kidney beans/ Red Mullet and a salad made of Purslane leaves ( the texture of these leaves was soft and taste slightly sweet, these leaves would come quite close to baby spinach In my opinion) and Terin Potatoes (a baked dish with traditional Danish blue cheese mixed with milk, egg and floor)

The day followed with some water sports in the clear blues, both water and sky and ended with a Greek Meal in the island (pictures of which I have already shared in my last post).

See you from the next island soon.
